Built on a simple belief
Founded in 2025, The Protein Shop was built on a simple belief: healthy food should never require compromise.
We noticed a major gap in the fast-casual restaurant industry. While many concepts marketed themselves as healthy, few prioritized ingredient integrity, protein-rich nutrition, and transparency. Too often, “healthy” options were loaded with seed oils, hidden sugars, and ingredients that left people hungry shortly after eating.
That’s why we created The Protein Shop.
Our commitment is simple: every item on our menu is seed-oil-free, protein-forward, and macro-conscious. We carefully source ingredients with intention, focusing on whole foods that fuel performance, support recovery, and help our customers feel their best throughout the day.
We believe healthy eating should be satisfying, convenient, and delicious. That’s why our portions are designed to keep you energized and satiated, whether you’re heading to work, finishing a workout, or simply looking for a better meal option.
In addition to being free from seed oils, our entire menu avoids refined sugars. Most menu items are naturally gluten-free, and those that aren’t can be made gluten-free through simple substitutions.
